You'll collaborate with clients, builders, and our staging team to create beautiful, functional spaces while managing projects from concept through installation.

ABOUT THE JOB

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in residential interior design

  • Strong portfolio showcasing multiple design styles

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software

  • Excellent project and time management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • A degree in Interior Design or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet with clients to understand their vision and project goals

  • Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations

  • Create functional space plans and layouts

  • Select furniture, materials, lighting, finishes, and décor

  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and project timelines

  • Prepare drawings, specifications, and installation documents

  • Oversee projects from concept through completion

  • Stay current with industry trends and innovative design solutions

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every project

DAILY WORKFLOW

Client Consultation
Meet clients and discuss project goals.

Concept Development
Create mood boards, layouts, and design presentations.

Material & Furniture Selection
Curate finishes, furnishings, lighting, and décor.

Project Coordination
Work alongside vendors and contractors to bring designs to life.

Installation & Styling
Complete the final styling for a polished, move-in-ready space.
